I've had these unusual spots on my body for years, they change colour and I keep getting more. They do not bother me in any way, they just don't look nice. Are there any special creams I can buy to get rid of them?
I'm having difficulty uploading photos as it keeps saying the file is too big. They are big pinky spots all over the front of my body.

it look to be fungus, try apply an antifungal cream to one spot to note changes. there are lots of creams to get OTC
