Unusual spotting/light period after years of no period on Cerazette/Zeletta?

Hi,

Looking for some advice please.

I have been taking Cerazette/Zeletta everyday for the past 5 years without fail, and with that, my periods have stopped completely since. However, over the past couple of months, I had forgotten a couple of pills which resulted in me having to take the Levonelle 1500 a month and a half ago and another time exactly one week ago. Everything was fine, I experienced no side effects and I had piece of mind. At present, I am experiencing what seems to be brownish discharge with slight red colour or it could be a very light period. Could this be by chance or the fact I took two morning after pills within 6 weeks of each other?
