Unusual throat swelling symptoms as if something is lodged there

So 4 days ago, I was doing my own thing and ate a snack of Cashew butter on a toasted bagel. Minutes after, my throats started to swell up as if it was similar to an allergic reaction. However, I do NOT have an allergy to any nut because I've had plenty of bars, shakes, desserts with peanut butter, cashew butter, etc. I called a hotline nurse immediately and she clearly told me I would be on the ground unconscious with other symptoms if it was an allergy. Shortly after, I went on with my evening and then before I slept the swelling came back. The following day, the swelling came and went usually when I ate or drank liquids. It would come randomly and it would be towards the bottom of the throats below the Adam's apple. There has not once been any pain. It is just very very annoying. Sunday was the same story; swelling on and off but it seemed to be better. Yesterday I went to the college nurse and she assumed a portion of the bagel scratched my throats which is why it's swelling. She said an allergy or food sensitivity would be way worse. Today I still have the swelling after 4 days currently. It just feels as if something is lodged at the bottom of the throat. It's not affecting my breathing or anything but can somebody please advise? I would like tons of advice on how to proceed. Should I go to urgent care or is that overworrying? It is been in my head every minute of the day. Thanks

I would get it checked out, just in case. But don't worry so much about it
