Hi, very well done on your weight loss thats amazing, keep it up. I am wondering though about the wii fit. I have been using mine now for 2 weeks doing a bit of everything combined with walking the dog for 1/2 hour a day I was wondering which exercises you have been doing on the wii fit and how long you spend on it each day and how many times a week you use it.

well done with the weight loss.

I'm not happy with my Wii fit, not that I have been using it to exercise just to weigh and it had me down as not losing anything the 1st week then only 2lbs the second week. Second week I went to nurse to be weighed and I had lost 6lbs so I'm not using it now and just walking more places but I would also be interested in knowing what exercise you do on it.

i gave up on exercise dvds, its one routine over n over generally and i tire of them quickly, i have had my wiifit for about a year and i think its great, i got wiifit plus for xmas and i use it on days when i am not at the gym, i do a lot of 'freestep' where i do 20-30 mins stepping whilst watching tv, sometimes i do the 'freejog' which is similar, time soon flies and i feel good for it! definately recommend the wiifit smile

wii fit plus has some new exercises and also allows u to do specific workouts to target certain areas, if you're going to buy one then deffinately get the plus version as it has everything the original has and more.

Hi there, I to got sick of the workout dvds same thing day in day out. Love Wii fit and wii fit plus, the plus does offer more variety it also has a section where you can put together your own exercise routine depending on what part of the body you want to work on,it also offers you a calorie counter so at the end of exercise it tells you how many calories you have burnt off. What I like is that it's fun and you dont feel as though you are exercising, the rountines are short, no longer than a few minutes each. There is also some very good balance games aswell,I think it's a very relaxed way of exercisng, better than all that jumping around waving your arms ang legs here there and everywhere (hahaha). Although I'm not to sure if it works in the same way as a dvd, I have only lost 8pound but lost 10inches and I only do wii fit and one 1/2 an hour walk a day.

    Hope this helps.

    Fantastic, well done!

Have the Biggest Loser Wii game too - can't recomend it highly enough. Full warm up/down, single activities, full workouts, linked activities - it's brilliant!

Love the USA version of it too - Bob's a sweetheart. Not too keen on the Aus version.
