Update: About a month after my first cyst appeared..

Went to the hospital again on Thursday, after two rounds of anti-biotics and then a catheter being inserted. I was having sharp shooting pains in my cyst, and the area around the catheter was burning and itching. They put me under, removed the catheter, and according to the nurse after the surgery, just made another incision which they left open. They said hopefully the rest will drain out of the incision, and that I should take four sitz baths a day. I'm experiencing the least amount of pain/discomfort I've experienced since the cyst first formed about a month ago, which is good. My vulva still isn't "back to norm" but I guess that's to be expected after having a large cyst for a month, and then a catheter. They said no follow-up, and I'm in little to no pain, so I'm good these are good signs.
