Update... almost 2 years later

Hi all, i thought i posted a more recent recovery update but i guess my last one was a while back..
anyways i got very sick nov 2017 (if you want to know more click on my username and read my posts). it is now september 2019 and i am 95% recovered.
the first 6 months of illness i was bedbound and then housebound. then i had some good days, many bad days. few months later some good weeks, followed by bad days. then good months... and then the rest is history. since feeling better i have had a baby and worked up until 36 weeks pregnant full time in education. so definately back to regular pace.. with no worries of relapse. recently i am back at the gym and if i overdo it i feel that shaky feeling for a few hours.. it is very unnerving to this day... makes you fear it will all happen again. but so far so good.
keep your head up, i am afraid nothing but time and trying to relax your mind and body and visualize yourself heal. stay away from negativity and pace yourself, you will be better. it just takes a very very long time and it is a scary and lonely time.

Really wise words Van, thanks for sharing your recovery story - I truly believe it helps encourage people at their lowest moments and times with this virus when they can read the stories of others who went through such dreadful and frightening times with the virus but went on to recover. So you are most definitely helping others - those people who don't forget and come back on to help and encourage others are so precious and a gift from God!
Thank you Van, you've been through so much and wishing you good health going forward!
