i had a decent day yesterday thought through my problems with a clearer mind but today im down in the dumps constantly over thinking everything havent got a clue what is going on just in panic mode. at work too which dont help.

I'm a bit the same today with having to reduce my dose down to 10mg, having the bad side effects on the 20mg have caused me a set back with my anxiety. The only thing we can think is, we have had some better days - which means slowly we are getting there. Try to use work as your distraction from overthinking. Keep going

hey amie its not nice to be in this position is it we get days where we feel like theres no way out but in all reality we cant wrap our head around anything because the increase anxiety from the pills makes you try rush decisions. i hope you get better x
