Update on my journey of a nightmare

Went back to the doctors yesterday and I was put on heart tablets due to my heart beating way to fast causing more adrenaline which I don’t need as I’ve all ready have enough. 

So not only on Valium I’m on this to now to calm me until my Zoloft reboots nearly been two weeks you think there would be some kind of progress as I never went off the Zoloft to begin with, I’m just praying I see the light very soon, because you start to loose hope when there is no change.

    Emma, I just looked up zoloft and sudafed. There is information there that might help you. I just typed in zoloft and sudafed. Just thought you might want to know.

      I have read so much about it Brenda, I think I better stop because it might be working me up more which I don’t need

      Brenda I have had such a bad morning and feel like nothing is going to end this or fix it, my mind just goes fifty miles an hour wondering why? And when it’s going to end, and how can I help my self, I just want my life back feels like someone has taken over my body, excuse my language but I just want it to f**k off.

      Emma i truly feel for you and i wish i could tell you that tomorrow will be better but I dont know that. But what i can tell you is that one day maybe not tomorrow or this week but one day your body will reboot and the zoloft will kick in. It is a hard road that your on and you feel like it wont end but it will. You have to quit beating yourself up and tell yourself every day that (I'm going to beat this its not going to beat me). I have faith in you, you can do this. 😎

    Hi Emma

    I’m having the same problem. Been to the doctors. They want to monitor my heart and then see how it goes. I’m on 150mg Sertraline and only other thing I take is vitamin b complex. Out of nothing my heart starts beating so fast and I get breathless. It’s happening even when I’m calm. I don’t understand it. Only been happening the last few months. I’ve been on Sertraline over a year now. God bless x

      Hi 

      My doctor believes mines all due to anxiety which gives me such a build up of adrenaline that’s why his trying to calm throughout this process to make me feel comfortable which is only taking a tad off
