Update... Still getting yellow balls in stools [with images]

Hello everyone,
If you've seen my previous discussion from last year, you will know I was having problems with undigested food, strands of fibre and these yellow balls in my stool.
After eliminating dairy and going vegan once again, the symptoms cleared up for a bit. However, after a couple months, the strands of fibre and yellow balls have come back!
I'm once again worried about these yellow balls - they're a bit hard to touch, but squidgy and semi-solid in the middle (it's not sweetcorn - the balls are bigger, plus I haven't eaten any in the past week to rule this out anyhow). They appear more so when my stools are harder but can also appear in soft stools.
Is anybody experiencing similar symptoms or does anyone have any ideas about what these could be?

my gastro confirmed its a chloresterol gallbladder stone. ones this size can pass from the gallbladder into the intestines and be passed. Larger ones can block your bile ducts and cause pain or worse problems. we are lucky we are passing them. i had a few others the dr found during my colonscopy. they didnt show up on my CT but did on an ultrasound. i have several small ones but no big ones so the dr is going to monitor and told me to follow up if any new symptoms or pain in upper right abdomen and they will most likely just remove my gallbladder.

I thought this at first too. I was told I had gallstones. After I had my gallbladder removed it continues to happen. I am still confused about what these could be.

I know that what you have is something I have exactly they do look a lot like corn kernels but as you also said in your post they are not because you have not eaten any as I have not , I am a little worried about your issue because I know this is going to sound gross but if you wetrying to feel little solid objects because I am almost 100 % sure what you are going to find is going to scare you alot more then you already are, because with these yellow beauty's there are what I call pits. Pits your thinking have you ever seen a raspberry seed in Jams they are the exact same shape as the raspberry seed when you find them they will be a reddish poop color but when the air hits them they go white and then you will see what I mean about them looking like a pit they have a etching in them a design some surgical gloves actually squish your stool in between your fingers

you are going to find a lot more weird freaking things look for what I call pits some will be small some will be bigger , in my case there are also small seed looking things they are big and blackish red and have you noticed that there is a lot of goo around your stool like a golden color or darker brown it is super sticky and will keep your stool from migrating out of you this is going to lead you to where I am at I have taken 5 seperate parasite ova tests I have been told they are tape worm eggs and I have also been told that the yellow corn things are liver flukes which are really nasty and if true should be taken care of by a compitant physician, please hear me when I say this your diet is not the problem you either ate something undercooked that had the buggers in it or you may have had this for years I have had my problem going on 3 years with not one clear answer,to give me a 100% diagnosis my heart goes out to you because nobody really understands how much stress not knowing g can end up doing to u

The things you are saying seem a little off for me. I don't think they are a parasite. but its still a mystery for sure.

Have you recently started taking protein or protein shakes?

i have had these for about 6 months now. maybe once a week, maybe less. it's maddening to have no answers.
tonight i found the courage to extract one with a cotton swab and observe it. i have a drain strainer so i rinsed it "clean" and it is completely hollow.
the "shell" is plastic-like. can't really relate it to any other tissue i've seen on or in myself.
then, braving all, i smelled it. oh dear lord. it was like the most sour, acrid vomit mixed with the fattiest, foulest stool. i cannot imagine what creates that smell, but i dread smelling anything that bad again.
i hope that might lead to an answer about this. i'm (hopefully not) dying to find out!

I've been getting these for years, it's only when I have diarrhea and even then they don't always show up. Mine are always a little bigger than a marble, the outside is a yellow waxy coating and the inside is a white powdery substance. I have absolutely no idea what it is.
Edit: As for gallbladder comments, it can't be that bc I had mine removed. My stools themselves aren't yellow. I have never been diagnosed with IBS, I did have my stool checked years back and it showed no abnormalities. I am stumped.

Yep, those are identical to what's pictured - my stools have been checked a few times and they said they saw them but never got back to me on what they were. Still getting them to this day.
Maybe go for another stool sample and see what's what. Tell them about this and ask them specifically what it could be - I think I'm going to do the same.

Do you take slow release Metformin (or another slow-release med)? If you do, those are probably something called "ghost tablets". Google that and see if it looks similar to what you are seeing at home.

Thanks again to everyone still commenting on this very old thread. I appreciate that I was very vague on the matter and did not describe my dietary/lifestyle habits.
For your information - I don't take ANY medication whatsoever. I also do not take any food supplements, protein shakes etc.
The balls pictured are waxy on the outside and soft when pressed, and are powdery on the inside.
Indeed, I have been tested for all sorts - had loads of blood tests, stool samples collected, even urine samples; colonoscopy, endoscopy and all clear - this is why the doctor reached the diagnosis of IBS. I do not have any other underlying health conditions.
I jog every other day and do bodyweight and weightlifting exercises. I'm quite healthy and am still on a vegan diet.
These balls are not any foodstuff - not corn, not chickpeas etc. as I have tried cutting them out of my diet before - still getting them even then.
Hope this provides more of an insight into the situation. Will go back for another stool sample and see if the doctors will look into it; in the meantime, any reasonable suggestions would be appreciated.

I've scrolled threw as many of these comments as I can stand😅 any answer to this issue yet? I've just recently noticed these as well.
