Update! : Swollen Glands & Lump in Sternum area

I've made two previous posts on here, and wasn't sure whether I should make a new discussion, or update the old one? Which do you all prefer? Anyway, my insurance coverage finally started and I'm getting some procedures done. My doctor gave me a referral in order to get a chest x-ray for the lump in my sternum area and the one on my left rib (although it was more difficult to feel today for whatever reason, but when I lie down at night, it's generally so easy to). Being she gave me a referral, I can get it done as soon as possible, which I'm thinking probably sometime early next week (today is April 5th, and hoping to get it done Monday, or maybe even this weekend). She ordered yet another blood test, but this time it included a vast list such as liver enzyme levels, iron, and a lot of others she didn't really mention. The last results of my first blood test came back that I had elevated white blood cells, indicating there could be an infection. I'm also getting an x-ray on my swollen lymph nodes in my neck on April 20th, approx. 2 weeks from now. I have a question, however. I've mentioned that around my collarbone area, I've felt inflammtion and if I move it back it a certain way, I feel a bump. Would the x-ray pick up on that? I'll be doing some research tomorrow. I just wanted more information. Also, I wanted to estimate how much both procedures would cost me (I pay $100 deductible, and 10% copay). I was able to compare two local hospitals, although one is located in my town, and the other in the city (but not terribly far away). The one in town said the chest x-ray could cost me around $116 out of pocket, while the one in the city was more so $53. That's quite a bit of difference! However, this was just an estimate my insurance provided on a health care cost tracker, it also based on other people's experiences. I was wondering who to call to know more information about the costs, such as the hospital and or insurance (both maybe?). I just want to get quality care, but also not spend way more money than needed, and obviously want to know before because if I can take my business somewhere else, but has quality care, I'd feel much more at ease. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this, and I'll continue to update! I'll post my results for my blood test tomorrow.

I think that if the size is alarming, and or if she finds various lymph nodes as expected (such as in my abdomen area), I'll most likely be getting a biopsy. I've been having swollen lymph nodes since around August, and no flu/cold brought it on either. They just popped up almost suddenly, and I've been noticing more. I got my blood results back, and it came back fine. But my health has no changed, and others have reported that theirs came back fine, but they has something severly wrong with them. Thank you for replying!

Hi Rebecca did you ever find out for sure what's causing your lymph nodes to swell?
