Hello all I don.t know why but I have receiving notifications on my email from this forum, has any one else stopped receiving emails from patient uk? ?? Have a lovely christmas everyone

    So far I seem to be still receiving notifications from Pat.Exp in this Hypertension group; however, I did stop receiving notifications in another groupto which I contribute and when I notified the moderator, was informed that there had been problems on the site which had been rectified but there still might be some members affected.  I think you need to just check that the right box is still ticked on your profile page for receiving notifications - if it is, then if you report the problem to the moderator, I'm sure he will ensure that your notifications are resumed.

      thank you Mrs O and Jane and Emis Moderator I am still having problems with not receiving emails from the patient forum, I am going on via blood pressure forums now, cheers to you all and have a peaceful break, and enjoy the wedding Mrs O, hope all goes well have you got your outfit sorted? hope so !

      I'm sorry you're still having problems with lack of email notifications - have you taken up Alan's offer to look into your account?

      Many thanks for your good wishes, Helen.  Yes the outfit is sorted and finally bought shoes today - just hope I don't topple over on the heels....they're not that high but I'm no longer used to wearing heels so I hope I don't embarrass myself!

      Hi Helen,

      I have had your account checked and the problem was you had reported one of our emails as spam whether by accident or design and this stops further emails being sent. The developers have removed the report so you should now be receiving them. However, you may need to check your spam or junk folder.
