Upper abdomen bloating felt in my back

i had my gallbladder removed September 2018 and havent been the same since. my latest issue is it feels like there is a constant balloon in my upper abdomen and i can feel it in my back. i get stressed out everytime i even think about eating bc it makes it worse. i have constant dry mouth and when its really bad my tongue is coated. i get breathlessness anxietyand panic attacks. amongst other symptoms. does anyone else have similar issues?
