Upper abdominal cramps

Hi~ anyone encounter upper andominal cramps after eating, after having bowel movement and sometimes when relax. The cramps keep on off for few minutes for about hour... This happened after i had my gallbladder removed last year August... I wonder wat cause my upper abdominal keep cramps.

    No fatty foods and ask for a good diet fespecially for GB REMOVAL.The enzymes that break up fatty foods were from the GB. ASk THE DR FOR ENZYME pills to help replace the GB enzymes until your diet and body adjust,m Takes time to find the food that set your tummy off, never eat out or junk foods they are the worst after GB REmoval.

    Sometimes gallbladder removal causes IBS.  Do you get change of bowel habit?

      I think hv... 2 3 days 1 time bowel movement... Sometimes get constipation... Before OP, 1 day mayb 2 times bowel movement... And now i control my foods... Not sure izzit eat too less cause less bowel or what... Next week maybe will go back hospital for a endoscopy and others .
