Upper back pain

Please I don't know I have be having this aches pain at my upper back over 5 months now and don't feel pain when I touch the back or press it I only feel this aches when seating and relaxing and there is always moving object at my back I don't know what might be the cause please is there anyone who might experience this before?

    See you doctor and ask for a scan.  If I had a scan when I first started getting the pain in my upper back I would not have ended up in a wheelchair for a year and learning how to walk again for another year.

    My doctors, five in all, were treating me for PMR among other things, turned out I had cancer in T5, non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

    For the sake of a scan six months earlier would have saved me a whole lot of grief.

      After what I went through I advise anyone who is suffering from something that is not explainable, as in pain caused by a definite injury or accident, to find out what it is.

      Nine times out of ten it is nothing but you have to know.  

      Wish I could go back in time, to early 2014.

    If u have problems with disc u would not nessecarly feel sore to touch. If it where muscler u might. May be speak to yr Gp ask for some X-rays and MRI msy be a neurosurgeon is the way forward
