Upper back pain! Peri or PMS or something else

Hello

im 50 and a few months and the past 2 months i have been having my period 2x a months . now it seems that im late for 3 days and i been having these upper back pain, also on my lower left side like im about to have my periods, i also lips are dry and my throat is dry and itchy. with this virus going around im so confused and scare . i have check my temperature 2x a day for the last month and half no fever , no cough, i also have anxiety, Gerd acid reflux . have anyone have this ? i feel alone and scare .

    You are not alone..I feel like I keep something in my throat all the time..I also have bad allergies😫..I do not have a period anymore but hurt everywhere sometimes..so I can relate to what you are going through..with all going on with the virus does not help..will pray for us all and just hang in there this too shall pass🙏❤

      yes indeed im going crazy . i had a day off for work and sitting i think make it worse . thanks and i appreciate every comment and im gonna read it to calm myself down

    hi love im 49 and im experiencing all the upper back pain near shoulder area just below both of them. i also have 2 heavy periods per month. i have suffered with dry mouth & tingling lips nose area. try and stay focused it is all to do with menopause. stay strong x

      omg i do have dry mouth, upper back and I also when my period comes my left shoulder hurt whwre the joint meet .

    Hi ... For two months I experienced upper back pain days leading up to my period. it was so bad, my husband had to rub biofreeze on me. As soon as my period comes, the pain leaves.

    Hang in there, these fluctuating hormones cause so many weird symptoms.

      omg thanks i was thinking the worse i have not have my period . but it feels like a muscle pain do you feel the same ?
