Upper back/shoulder blade pain! Chiropractor??

I been having these nagging/stabbing discomfort in my upper back regions whenever i take a deep breath, does not occur during cough/sneeze. I seen a chiropractor and took an x-ray and turns out my spine and neck position is tilted at a different degree compared to how a normal spine should be. I was told it was close to grade 2 and luckily they say this was a case doable by them. The first session he helped me adjust my back abit as well as loosen up the neck. I was then recommended to sign up for a 36 session package ( 2-3times/wk). Well since its quite costly, my question is do i really need that many sessions to adjust my spine? Even if i were to go 3times a wk that would be at least 3month worth of session. Just wanna know your's opinions. Thanks!!

Are you in UK? I'm guessing you are not.         If you are not in UK,how about getting a second opinion?      Dont know much about US healthcare but could these guys just be in it for the money?
