Have any of you ladies experienced having pain or sensitivity in your upper back at the level below the shoulder blade? I woke up this morning with this!

I have had it a few times. It comes and goes. First time, had gallstones, had gallbladder removed, and pain went away. It came back a couple weeks post op, and then went away a few weeks later. Came back again for a couple weeks, and went away. None right now, but I have seen it can be a meno symptom. Could also be something else, so if it doesn't resolve in a week or two, best to get it checked out.

Hello Sharcerv,  Yep, but I have a buldging disc right about there.  Every time I do a big dish clean up, at the sink, just kills me.  My Mom has the same thing.  Have had it for years.  I have to literally stop, run to sit down someplace immediately.  Takes my breath away!  My hubby does the dishes for me now, especially when we have company.  And, now when we have company, mostly family, I have people bring a dish to help me.  I can no longer be on my feet for hours like I used to.  Just simply can't do it anymore.  I told our daughter, she had to take over the reins, I've been cooking for 40 years, it's her turn!  And Grandma can't do it anymore either! She's had it too easy!  LOL  If it keeps up, you really should have it checked out...don't mess with your back!  You don't want to end up like me...I walk with a stinking cane now.  And I used to be very active!!  You could have just slept funny.  Good Luck to you!
