25 YO male here

For past 2 and half weeks ive been having pain in my upper bum/lower back right side in same spots it a stabbing pain happens if I walk sit stand lye ect,

Ive recently in past week been getting upper groin pain in that area when I sit down Its agony I can not sit for longer than than an hour it comes unbearable with pain in that area after a while.

I can go for a walk and be in little pain not much at all

The bulk of the pain is when sitting or bending/ moving in certain ways

If I go for a walk say for 20 minute's when I get back and stop moving it really hurts to start to move again

I sometimes get pains in my thigh and upper leg when lying down,

Ive been given strong pain killers but they do nothing, I have High blood pressure so I got told I can not take naproxen or anti inflammatory

Doctor thinks its muscle but I dont think it is I think I could of done somthing to my hip ect,

Has anyone ever had anything like this before them self's, any advice would be great thank you

Groin pain is sometimes a symptom of hip issues. can you go see a physiotherapist? Taking pain medications doesn't really address the problem. At the very least, you need an x-ray.
