Upper central stomach pain.

Hi all.

I was wondering if anyone else is going through the same thing as me. For two years I have had upper middle stomach pain with bloating and tenderness which comes and goes usually it will last a week or two then go away,however it came back 4 months ago it actually woke me from my sleep.

My doctor arranged for an abdominal and pelvic scan because I have anemia with no cause.my scans are thankfully ok as we're my bloods.So I don't know where to go from here,i just want it to stop 🥺 any ideas.
