I've noticed that when I decide to diet (cut down on food, carbs, sugars, etc) and begin exercising more that my upper cheekbones are painful to touch. Not anywhere near my eye, and not anywhere else on my face, only a small section of my cheekbones near my hairline. It's only been a couple days since I started and its already painful and happens each time I eat less. What is this and is it normal?
