Upper chest twitching/spasm

(I hope this is where I ask, im new here)

This has only been happening today, but I am the kind of person to overthink over a minor issue,.

i know it's best to see a doctor but i just wanted to see if anyone here knew if this is normal.

I've been having twitching in my upper pectoral mostly on the right side of my body, it only lasts maybe 1-3 seconds but it's kind of frustrating it feels like it's almost vibrating , i noticed ive been getting a lot more twitching in different parts of my body recently too, is this a sign of something bad?

It sounds like a muscle twitch. People who are over anxious worriers often suffer from these but they can also be caused by over consumption of caffeine.....are you drinking a lot of coffee or stimulant drinks/coke?

Also can be caused by dehydration.......try drinking more water /fruit juice.
