Upper left side abdominal pain for months and loose stools.. I'm worried

hi all! new here.. im a 27 year old female and about 8 months ago i started getting really bad upper left abdominal pain that radiates to my back on the left side. i met with my doctor who thought trapped gas but it did not go away so she sent me to a gastro specialist. He did an upper endoscopy and a colonoscopy which both came back fine. He put me on omeprazole and sent me on my way. I have since then ended up in the ER for this once due to the pain. They did some bloodwork and a CT scan without contrast which also came back good. My pain has gotten worse the last month and i am at a loss on what to do. I am typically a very healthy person. I dont have a gallbladder, and i have noticed the last week ive been having loose stools daily (3-6 times a day) and everytime its yellow. Sometimes its straight liquid and still yellow. Sorry TMI.. it almost looks like its bile?.. anyway i am really concerned about this lately with the pain. It is constantly there, everytime i try and google everything says pancreatic cancer. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old so its tearing me up thinking i have something wrong with my pancreas. any advice?

I've had very similar symptoms for 3 months. Pain in left side and loose, yellow stool all of the time. I DO still have my gallbladder so there's some debate with that but I don't have any pain on right side. I have also had several procedures: colonoscopy, endoscopy, CT scan. Nothing shows. Doctor suspected GERD and the endoscopy showed only mild gastritis, which is very common. My gastro told me that PPIs can cause loose, yellow stool. I took myself off of the omeprazole I was taking and I have had SOME normalcy since, but most often it's still lose and yellow. I've also heard that stools moving too fast can cause yellow color so I might suspect plain IBS or a some sort of bowel infection. I've been diagnosed with IBS but always had constipation, not diarrhea. Another thing that can change the color is diet. I know I personally have eliminated most fruits and vegetables. Pretty much everything I eat is white or yellow.

On another note, my mother had her gallbladder out a decade or so ago and started having pain a few years after that radiated in a similar way to yours. The surgeon told her that she probably had Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction. It's common with people a few years after gallbladder removal. It can radiate to the back like that. Harmless but painful. There are procedures to treat it. Has your doctor brought this up at all? You might want to look into it. I, like you, am worried about having some horrible, incurable disease. If your doc doesn't want to look further into it, get a second opinion. No shame in that. Hoping you find answers soon.
