I am a 21 year old female with a red bumpy rash on my upper thigh area. It isnt really itchy, just more sk uncomfortable as it spreads. I have tried hydrocortozone cream and benedryl but nothing works. Does anyone know what this is?File size is too big

kinda looks like a scarlatina rash but idk my son gets a rash just like that when he get strep throat and antihistamines wont work he has to have antibiotics for the strep before the rash goes away
