Upping 75mg to 100mg

Hi everyone,

Hope you’re all well.

What are your experiences in upping 75 to 100? Is it as bad as starting? I’ve been on 75 for 1 month and a total of 3 months on Zoloft.

Thanks a lot,

Sam

    Morning Sam,

You definitely won’t experience anything like the first few weeks of starting Sertraline. Everyone is different but when I increased from 50 to 100 on my 10th week I didn’t experience any of the awful side effects I had in the first few weeks. It has been in your system for a while now so you should be fine. Good luck

    hi husam,

i share my experience last year using zoloft, the 1st started up is quiet bad , i start with 25mg because my body are very sensitive, ive going thru side effect everytime i upping my dose but it is more less than before.. and it is not that long, maybe took 4-7 days for the dose to stabilize in your system but it is actually depends on our body. So dont afraid to try it and make sure consult your gp everytime u decide to do so. Ive been on zoloft almost 6 month and it is worth it to try and error and find that suit u.

You will experience side effects on an increase but it will not be as bad as when you just start taking the tablets. Good luck
