Upping from 20-30....any side effects?

ive just started 30 mg up from 20. Am nervous about side effect- especially increased anxiety. Anyone else done the same?

    i know this is about 2 weeks late but i went from 40 to 60 with no problems i hope you had the same positive expierence

      I have quite an increase in anxiety, which is my usual side effect with starting/upping dosages. Hopefully itll go away soon because anxiety is the whole reason why Im on these to begin with!

      yes, i have Lorizapam that i take daily and am slowly weaning off. its interesting because i also take 30 mgs buspar each day too. my doc put me on it to help get off Lorizapam. it doesnt seem to work as effectively or quickly as the L.
