Hi all, I've been using Venlafaxine 150 Effexor XL for 3 years, i find that i have dips in my mood almost every month that lasts for 5-7 days. It's the usual low mood, no motivation, I'm about to try a higher dose of 225 but worry if I'm doing the right thing. Anyone else been down this path?

im on 225 ven and dictor also added 15mg been doing great for 2 whole years...no blips....
