I've been on 10 mg for 53 days and 20 mg for 34 days. I have really high anxiety. I started to have anxiety attacks again so my doc wants to up my dose. Does this seem fast or correct to up it again after 4 weeks? I've never had an antidepressant take this long to be effective.

My Dr. upped me from 20 mg to 30 mg after 5 weeks.He didn't double it but he did raise it. Now I see him again in 5 weeks to see if it's working

No .When I started I had some insomnia and a headache. This time with the increase just a headache. I also have a history of migraines though

I already get daily tension headaches 😞 I just don't need any added anxiety. My doc is also upping mine to 30.

i have been on 40 mg of PROZAC. I want to sleep night and day, extreme fatigue. HOW LONG DO I HANG IN THERE?

its normal to up the dosage after 4 weeks. It is a very slow acting drug. HANG IN THERE!
