I am taking it for anxiety and stress. I definitely feel the difference since I've been taking it. Before I was always on edge and felt agitated over little things that shouldnt bother me. I just noticed a couple days I feel blah

I've only been on them 1 week, how long until you noticed some results. I know they take about 6 weeks for full effects so you're bound to have ups and downs I would think. My anxiety makes me physically sick and I have no appetite so hoping it will help me with that.

I noticed my edginess eased up after a week or so but I was nauseous and felt nervous and jittery for a while on it. My appetite was very low because of it but that seemed to subside

Hope my appetite comes back, I'm really struggling with that.

I've been on it 4 weeks, similar reasons as you. I feel pretty well balanced for first time in ages. Not every day is good I think it's normal to have bad days especially if your a natural worrier like me. I've had whole days of feeling happy which is so lovely. I do yoga every week and this has really helped I can't recommend it highly enough.

I eat pretty well & regularly I don't have as much though.

I to have been on sertaline for anxiety for three and a half weeks. I've had a few good days and bad days. My doctor and psychologised have told me that it is all normal to have up and down days. It can take about four to six weeks for any benifits of the drug to kick in. I get on a real downer especially after having a really great day with out any stress, panic attacks or anxiety, then all of a sudden I'll have heart palpitations and that will set me off into a panic. I try and do my deep breathing and that certainly helps. I just want to get back to normal. I hate having these down days. Anyone else feeling like this..?
