Ups & Downs continued (100mg sertraline)

Posted , 12 users are following.

After another good week I've took another dip in form: low mood, low energy, foggy mind, hard to think and focus on studies).

This dip doesn't seem as bad as the last one which is a good sign. I'm 4 months in and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the ups & downs at this point?

Have any of you stabalised over a long peroid of time?

Thanks,

Rossy

It will get better in the next week, everyone is different, I cut out all caffeine and I don't drink anymore either, bit I do smoke cigarettes a lot, when I shouldn't do that either. Do you take your meds at same time each day?

I take my med everyday at 6:30 pm

And I don't smoke or take that much caffeine , only / cups of coffee per day .

I wish it gets better as you said .

You gave me hope . Thanks .

Perfectly normal around 4 months, it's a rollercoaster ride, I'm six months in and still having a few ups and downs but it's nothing like before, only last a few hours, then pick up again.
