Ups & Downs continued (100mg sertraline)

After another good week I've took another dip in form: low mood, low energy, foggy mind, hard to think and focus on studies).
This dip doesn't seem as bad as the last one which is a good sign. I'm 4 months in and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the ups & downs at this point?
Have any of you stabalised over a long peroid of time?
Thanks,
Rossy

I'm not too bad. Had a bit of a down week last week and got a bit emotional at cbt last week too. Trying to be strong and keep going . I've decided to really watch my diet hoping that will help in the future if I ever come off sertraline? ? Can't see how I will ever be able to though lol.

I'm not bad getting better than last week but have the fear of returning bad as before. I went at my doc 2 days ago he said hang in there you will be okay . I wish to be back to my old self without any fear of what happened to come back .

Listen I too have a massive fear of going back to how I was, lately been thinking about it a lot. Hopefully we know now that we can God willing get through it. And also that it doesn't happen again of course.
Take each day at a time, I guess it's a classic anxiety person trait , to worry about the worst possible future, what if , we just have to have faith.

When I start having the heavy headed feeling I take some natural stuff for calming my nerves that seems to help me out a bit. CBT today soon. I can't stress this enough but go for a walk. If you're at where it's colder air it feels so good. I think it plays a huge role on our nerves. My symptoms for that time of being outside and walking darn near disappear. It's a nice relief for the hour or 2 I'm out there walking. Helps keep your mind off of things too if you try. If you can't it helps you be rational at least about your thoughts. At least that's what I've noticed.
