Upset stomach after eating out

My 10 year old daughter gets an upset stomach 90% of the time we eat out She's fine at home (mostly freshly prepared food although we do have some convenience foods), fine at friends houses but if we go out to eat she gets a stomach ache usually just before she's finished eating and needs the loo quickly. It's been going on for a few years and we've identified it to typically pizza's and burgers. Has anyone had any similar experiences? Thanks

A friend of mine was diagnosed as being coeliac in his 50s - because in the summer he had an upset stomach after going to grill parties! If a syndrome is mild it may only manifest after a relative overload of a particular food, in his case lots more bread and beer than usual. I have an allergy to modern highly processed wheat - I can eat small amounts occasionally but if I were to eat bread products daily I would suffer (just itching really but it is very sore).

Maybe pizza or burger buns simply have too much wheat for her? Or something in commercial cooking is causing an allergy - you know what is in your food and there will be a lot of things in commercially prepared food you haven't heard of never mind use. You could ask to be referred to immunology for testing for typical allergens.
