please help me!!

a week ago i made a vaginal culture and it show candida spp and ureaplasma high >10.000

i dont know if ureaplasma is bad?

doctor gave me vaginal ovula for candida i feel better ( i used to have itchies now not so much)

and antibiotics for ureaplasma( clarithromycin)

but i left antibiotic bcs my stomach couldnt handle it( nausea, vomiting, headache )

also i have 2 months without period 😟😟

vaginal infections can affect periods?

and what remedies should i do for ureaplasma becousr i cant take antibiotics guys.

pleaseee helpp
