Urethra Pain and Irritation

For about 2 months ive been dealing with pain in my urethra. Redness around the tip and some swelling after masterbation. My urethra opening seems to have a small bump on the left side which is causing it to not be fully opened. I had chlamydia and got treatment a month ago. Just had doxycycline for 1 week but no real results. Also got some creams before to help with irritation and then fungal but not much help either. Ill attach 2 photos and hope someone has had this and knows what is causing it!!!

In the one photo you can see a vein or something that is in my urethra which i dont remember having before and leads right to the bump on the left side
