Urethra Swelling, Penis Tip, Meatus Swell, Redness, Burn, Pinch, Pain (All the Keywords)

Guys, please help me. I am suffering from EXTREME burn 24x7 at the tip of the penis.

I have swelling there, exactly at the opening. It could either be inflamed urethra or swollen meatus.

This is how my normal penis look like and after urination/masturbation:

Main points to consider:

1. No sexual partner involvement
2. Urine culture and Semen culture tests are CLEAR.
3. Urine routine is CLEAR.
4. HSV/HERPES 1 & 2 - NEGATIVE
5. HIV - NEGATIVE
6. PSA - Prostrate Antigen - Normal
7. USG of kidneys, scrotum - ALL CLEAR. (No stones)
8. Almost have taken all sorts of antibiotics (LITERALLY ALL)
9. Used all types of Creams and Lotions for Balanitis. (NO CHANGE AT ALL)
10. GENXPERT PENILE TUBERCULOSIS - NEGATIVE

    Had habit of Masturbating without Lube on dry skin since the beginning - Maybe this made it worse.

    It used to Burn 1 in 4 times after ejaculation since 7 years, so ignored.

    But the frequency kept on increasing. And now have stopped masturbation completely as it hurts after ejaculation. PLEASE HELP GUYS 😢

    Current symptoms:

11. Pinches at the penis opening./meatus before urination
12. Burns 24x7 at the tip - Been a year 😢
13. Burns like hell after ejaculation.
14. Not able to do "lower body/leg workouts", as any pressure in the groin makes the pinching/burning worse.

    I have seen posts, where people have suffered from the same thing, but no one has replied after their cure.

    Please help me. It's taken a toll on my mental health. I'm not able to masturbate or do sports.
