Urethra tears

Has anyone with LS ever had a cut or tear on the outside of their Urethra? . I noticed yesterday that on the outside of my Urethra meatus there is a small open cut. Plus, to the left side of the bulb like area leading to the vagina opening is a red irritation in the side crack.I’ve never had any problems there before. Swollen and Hurts. I imagine I should not use the Clobetasol there? I’m wondering if the wipe from the clean catch cause irritation. No idea. I shower once a day. Should I do anything else?
