Urethral dark pimple

so my problem first started in early february. It started with a tingle sensation which grew into a strong urge to pee. Afterwords i would feel like i still had to pee a little . Then my symptoms grew to me being nauseous for maybe three days then after a month everything went away . Now im left with what looks like a small blackhead in my urethra opening an i can feel it daily. It doesnt itch burn, sting, leak or anything like that but it will become inflammed if i wear too tight of clothing or if my underwear rubs again my penis tip for too long. Please help ive had a gonnorhea, chylamdia, an uti test done but they all came back negative! this is eating me alive!!image

      I have the same thing. I tried antibiotics such as azithromycine and doxycycline but nothing worked. Did you use antibiotics?

      my doctor is trying to convince me it has something to do with my diet because i drink alot of soda and eat tons of spicy food so we're cutting back for a few weeks if that doesnt work hes going to prescribe me medication for a possible prostate infection. if that doesnt work he said hes going to refer me out to a urologist
