What age are you Stuart? Things like this can be related to your state of general health, if not age related, or perhaps you are overweight - obviously a combination of different factors can be involved including if you are under a great deal of stress. Also, frequent masturbation may not be helping if you do that ..... ?

Stuart, I think the general focus would benefit from looking at your overall state of health.

Are you an active person? Do you do regular exercise? Are you involved in any sports, or do regular training, such as at a gym, for example?

So, following masturbation it is quite common to feel some level of discomfort in the urethra - for some men it may be difficult to locate where the sensation of pain may be. In addition, if you masturbate when you bladder has a fair bit of urine present, then, you urinate after ejaculating you can get quite a high level of pain which you may locate to the lower abdomen.

Have you seen a doctor recently, either about your general health status, or even specific issues that you have expressed, or touched upon here in your Forum Post ..... ?
