Urethral Opening Red

My urethral opening is red and lip-like (?)

Doesn't cause any pain unless touched. No pain when peeing either.

Any idea what this could be or what causes it? Treatment?

    Your urethral opening looks normal.

The lip-like things on either side of the opening are urethral lips, which are a normal feature of a glans.

Some men got 'em (usually uncircumcised), some men don't (usually circumcised).

Has it been like that always or had it changed recently? Have you had any sexual encounters recently? Have you tested for any STDs?

Unsure if its always been like this since I had phimosis until about half a year ago. No sexual encounters and no testing.
