Urethral urgency feelings/No bladder sensation

Hi, I came on here a few years ago about this same subject. I lost my bladder sensation following my 2nd hip replacement 5 years ago. Soon after I started with urethral soreness that can sometimes escalate into urgency feelings. After numerous urologist appointments and Doctors appointments I am still no nearer to getting rid of the urethral symptoms although I know my bladder sensation will never come back. I have also got vaginal atrophy and am on Vagifem twice a week. Someone said recently that uppping their Vagifem dose helped with their urethral symptoms. But the Doctor wont up my dose. Dont know where to go from here. I am just so uneasy going out as I am scared of losing bladder control in public. It has controlled and restricted me for way too long. Thanks for reading.
