can a UTI cause urethritis and epididymitis?
unprotected sexual intercourse last year.. 11 sti or std checks later all negative!! i do urine culture test and test positive for uti and symptoms for past 3 months and been and getting worse are utheritis and epididymitis and alround burning pain from kidneys to groin and hips?? please any help

Yes, a UTI can cause urethritis and epididymitis. You most certainly have some kind of bacteria in your urinary tract. Unfortuantely most tests cannot detect all bacteria. I was tested over a dozen times before finally finding a bacteria. Ask your doctor for PCR or NGS urine test.
