Urethritis and urethral syndrome

I was for 4 months penile discharge like pre-cum transparent sticky discharge with no pain itching or something else not always from time to time in month for 20 days then no discharge.I go to doctor tested for STD chlamydia,mycoplasma,ureaplasma from urethral secret and microbiologically test for bacteria all of them negative and diagnose was urethritis and urethral syndrome.Now my discharge stopped from 1 week but I have something like pain but not pain stiffness sometimes tingling in groin area moving to back not permanent pain when I lay down it is better almost none when not moving.Doctor not give me any antibiotic just some herbal drops and for pain medication with ingridient of ketoprofen.He told me to get this and after 20 days to go again to doctor for check.Any advice please what to do? Is this dangerous

    Dear hugo,

    Are you sexually active? And do you masturbate regularly? I'm asking to check if you are really getting pre-cum.

    And do you get the discharge at other times, like when you go to the toilet to poo (defaecate)?

      Last time sex was 2019.11.

      Masturbate 1 times in a week.

      I don't notice any blood in sperm.

      I get discharge all day in boxer too one two drops but when tip of penis is not opened I don't get discharge but when I open with hands immediately appear this discharge.When I go to poo I urinate sometimes one two drops but this is from many years.
