Urgent ct scan and biopsy of nose

hi.i have had blocked ear and pulsating tinnitus in one ear for 3 months now.sometimes nose feeling blocked.after many trips to docs antibiotics for ear infection nose spray ,ear spray.i had EnT appointment yesterday.had hearing test then examination in nose and was told it is swollen at back of nose.reffered me for scan and biopsy urgent.had call today for scan on sunday.i am stressing like mad cant eat googled and made me think the worse.anyone had similar.thankyou.
