Urgent help

my wife had gelcoma in the both eyes when she child now her age 38 she lost one eye 100% the scound eye from one week ago we found 90%lost or damage in optic nerve and the doctor convert her to center more ecperinece next the end of janauary 2022 we are so worry we dont sleep anyeone know there are any hope to keep the rest 10% for ever or she will loss the vision she need to see her kids at least iam sorry my english is not good thanks
