My boyfriend has almost identical symptoms. His memory is the worst, it is awful - especially short term. I'd like to hear a response to this too if possible.

Sounds familiar to me. My husband was diagnosed with severe depression 18 months ago after i noticed the same symptons you have.

    Seek medical help

Its hard for you to understand what and why this is happening it is a long and sometimes very hard road for both sufferers and their families.

My hubby had medication and now has therapy but he chose to stop medication as he felt it made him feel worse.

We are both now learning how to cope with and handle this a day at a time.

You will have to take over everything. Major decisions as they cant make decissions.

Its hard work but you will find your way of coping.

    I wish you well

I had most of the symptoms you have described and was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. it can get better with the right help. CBT is good along with anti depressents. with me the more I worried about the symptoms and thinking I was seriously ill the symptoms would get worse. its a viscious circle.
