Mike, much of what you have could simply be natural pigmentation change.

The other thing that may apply to what you have is I wonder if you sweat a great deal as this can impact on skin appearance: so this would be if you do active sports and regular training, or perhaps you do regular gym workouts where you sweat a great deal ..... ?

thanks for reply . no i don't do anything . only thing i do is masterbation . i'm still single. how to clear this bad appearance ?

That certainly would not be an easy task - the only medical professional that can tell you whether much or all of what you have was caused by pigmentation change, or nor, would be a Dermatologist.

This is why I asked you whether you are an active person - sports, gym workouts, and suchlike - as there is something you can do to help control issues related to sweat ....

I have the same issue that appear about 6 months after circumcision , as per the surgeon , its related to the Immune system that cause me to need a circumcision in the first place.

might see those dark spots also appear elsewhere on your body.

I agree with Wee_Dugie. There's not a lot to be done with getting the appearance to change dramatically for the 'better' whatever that means to you.

Lifestyle and other factors play an important role. Provided you've had a full sexual health screen and have been checked clear then there's not a lot you can do.

PLEASE don't think of applying Dettol, bleach or other caustic substances to it to make it less pigmented. You're only going to create more trouble for you and your sex life.

    Rgds,

    Adhari.
