Urgent!! Possible pregnancy?

Hi everyone.

My girlfriend has been on the pill (Minerva) for about 3 years continuously and taking it at the same time everyday. About 2 weeks ago she stopped it for about 3 days and we had unprotected sex, then she started taking the pill again and we had unprotected sex on Sunday. Yesterday she experienced lower abdominal pain and a painful feeling in her vagina. I did not ejaculate in her. Is it possible that she might be pregnant? Even from precum??
