Urinalysis positive for Bacteria but Urine Culture negative

Hey guys, a bit of background: I'm a 27 year old male that recently had a UTI in February of 2021. However, within 2 weeks of infection, all my reports came back that the bacteria was clear. Did another test in April and it was still clear. But tests still came positive for erythrocytes, but that's been going on since November 2020 and the doctor and I are still working on it, suspecting the prostate.

The reason I'm posting is my latest urine test in June had a weird result. The urinalysis microsopic HPF detected bacteria but the urine culture test came back as negative. This doesn't make sense to me. Wondering if anyone knows anything about this or have had a similar experience.
