Urinalysis scared

Yesterday I went to emergency room because I've been having diarrhea for about two weeks and yesterday i had some blood. Doctor came in said my wbc was elevated 17 normal range is up 11. I got my urine results today and they say.

Slightly cloudy, protein 30(+1) when reference says it should be negative. Trace of ketones. Urobilinogen 2.0 when it should be negative. Wbc 6-10 when it should be 0-5. And sq epithelial cells 11-20 when it should be 0-5. All the other just are rbc and glucose were normal. I also have a slight pain on my back lower right side but it's not severe. It doesn't hurt to pee. I'm scared what could all this mean, I wasnt prescribed anything at the er

    Sounds like an infection of some sorts, either kidney or urinary infection.... I have had raised protein and cloudy. Normal WBC is 4.5. to 11 so you are not that much out of range.   I am not a medic but I can only tell you of my experience.   There would be small amount of blood in urine if is an infection...............I know its no good saying -  'dont worry'    because we all do, but there is probably a simple answer and it will go away after a course of

    antibiotics .
