Urinary frequency at night

in recent months after a uti successfully cleared up i have had intermittent spells of waking with bladder feeling a bit irritated and needing to urinate.  Then i get spells of normal just waking once in night to go.  Dr says it may be my nervous system as imhave anxiety or may have tomhave tests on bladder which im reluctant to do.   Do you think this could just be bladder settling down after uti and will slowly go away? I do not have it during daytime.

    I had the same thing. Definitely anxiety thinking that buys coming back. It's all normal.

      Thank you.  Yes its been better recently and im sure its related to anxiety which needs treatment

    I have noctunia, which is not a disease.  Because of my night bag with my Foley catheter, I see that my 2+ liters of urine outgo is really normal for me, since I drank waaaay too much liquid after 8pm.

    Many tests are painful and potentially injurious.  Check out ultrasound first, since that 's the least invasive and imo the safest.
