    this sounds like something that maybe your doctor will be able to help you with. 

    The doctor might ask you questions about whether this is all through the day or mainly at night etc.

    Sounds like a urinary tract infection. You probably need anti-biotics and if it is burning, a medication like pyridium which is an analgesic to stop the burning.

    it may be because of indigestion, gas or due to any infection. Flatulence may be the cause of your belatedness. You need to take more high fiber food and also give your stomach rest as it might have been upset due to something you took. If you also have blood in your stool then please consult a doctor. Or else you can try to take herbal medicine Gasex.
